Free Delivery
We currently offer free delivery on all
website products to anywhere in the mainland U.K. meaning there are no hidden
costs, the price you see is the price you pay! Further
charges may be applicable for non-U.K. orders.
Our aim is to deliver within 3-5 working days
on the majority of our products, we do stock all popular ranges, although if
items our out of stock it may take slightly longer than our target time, we
will contact you by email if we foresee a delay with our delivery service.
Some items such as car specific body kits and suspension kits are made to order
and can take up to 8 weeks before delivery. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are concerned about any aspect of delivery,
we can keep you informed as to the products status. Non-U.K. order times
may vary.
Orders are sent using either a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
service for smaller items or a courier service for larger heavier items,
these both offer a reliable, trusted service, on arrival at the destination a signature
will be required to confirm the product has been received. If you are not
present at the time of delivery a card will be posted giving you a telephone
number to arrange another delivery time or arrange collection from your local depot.
Note: Items only held for around 7 days, after
this time if the shipper has not been contacted the goods will be returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for
redelivery of an item which has been returned.
Products
All products carry the manufactures 12 month warranty
which come into effect on the despatch date, if a fault develops with a
purchased item contact us with a brief description of the fault so we can deal
with the issue.
Most products supplied by ModWorld
Limited are road legal
although some products stocked are not, we accept no liability what so ever for
any legal action taken against you for products purchased from ModWorld Limited.
It is in your own interest to seek advise from the relevant authorities before
purchasing a product.
Returns
To return unwanted goods you must contact us within
7 days of receiving the product for a returns number and details of how to go
about returning the items purchased, you must then return the goods to us within
10 days of this number being issued including a note of the reason for return
and the returns number given. Returns after this period may incur a
restocking charge up to
15% of the products value.
We take all possible care to ensure the correct product
is sent to you however if you receive a different product from that which you
have ordered contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct items to
be sent and deal with the incorrectly received products.
If products you received are damaged on arrival please
contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent
and deal with the damaged items.
Although we aim to supply top quality goods, if a ModWorld product is found to be faulty contact us immediately with a brief
description of the fault and we will deal with it further.
We accept No liability for any other costs what so ever
that may arise as a result of purchasing, using or fitting products we have
supplied. You should satisfy yourself that you or a competent person has fitted
or attached the product correctly in accordance with the manufactures
instructions (If Supplied).
